my dog whines when on leash.?

he is a 3 month old malti poo and when put on leash for a walk he walks about 2oft and stops moving or he starts whining.I don't know many places who train this so please give me some advice and any place in clearwater,FL that may also teach this.thank u in advance.
 
3 months old he's a baby and acts like a baby You have to be patient. Keep putting the leash on him he needs to get use to it. Don't pull him stop let him whine baby him a little and every time he walks on the leash even a foot praise him. Try calling him when he stops and whines and when he comes to you praise him. You can leave the leash on him in the house even just for a short time after or before his walk.
 
Your dog just is leash trained! My dog (Shih Tzu) did the same thing when we put him on a leash for about 6 months we didn't take him to a trainer we just did it our selves! If you want to take him to a trainer for that than try Petsmart!
