My dog was hit by a Car! HELP!!?

I need some help here! My dog was hit by the UPS truck 2 days ago. Now he just lays under my bed all day and makes noises. Its starting to smell real bad under there. My dad wont help because he's been drinking alot. IIm 13. Thanks
 
Is there any other adult that you can call who will help you get the dog to a vet? A neighbor or a family member? A teacher or clergy person might also be willing to help out.

If not, then you are going to have to call Animal Control and report your dad. They will come and take your dog to the hospital. If you don't have the number for Animal Control handy, call the non-emergency police number. If you don't know that, just call 911 and immediately tell them that you need Animal Control for a dog medical emergency and they will connect you to the right people.

ETA: You know what, ask that a Police Officer comes along too. Then if your dad tries to give you a hard time, they can protect you. I can see where you might be afraid of your dad if he's been drinking, and the Police will keep you safe.
 
Find another adult - a neighbor, relative, friend - to take the dog to the vet. If you can't get someone to help you, call animal control, tell them that you have an injured dog and no adult to help you get him treated. They will come out and get your dog and decide what to do.
 
Go to another family member that doesn't DRINK ALOT!! Make sure he's or she's an animal lover too. If that person is nice enough, ur dog can be taken to the vet.

Try getting another responsible adult to help you. If you can't get another responsible adult, call ASPCA or Humane Society or Animal Control to come & get the dog. They will get him out from under the bed & either get him Veterinary care or put him down humanely.
