My dog just ate half an apple pie. What should I do?

I just went downstairs to the kitchen to check on my dog to find he'd grabbed an apple pie I was eating earlier off the counter and finished it off. There was a lottt of sugar on the top. Should he be okay or would a vet appointment be needed for?

he might get some diarrhea, apples will do that but he should be fine.

I think he should be okay. Dogs usually eat worse... But if he starts vomiting or acting different, take him to the Vet or Vet Hospital.

I think he'll be okay. Maybe a upset stomach but, he'll probably be okay

He should be alright. Watch for vomiting. If he starts vomiting a lot (more than 3x during the night) get him to the vet immediately. If he vomits once, it is no cause for alarm. Just give him some Pepcid AC. Zantac is appropriate as well.
