my dog is itchy scabs all over and whines when he itches please help?

i have a chocolate labrador puppy he is about 3 months old he has been itching so much and whineing alot he breaths heavily when he sleeps and itches way to much he has bumps all over his body appearing and i was wondering if it is mange and i really hate this oh he also has scabs where he cant itch and he isnt all labrador he is mixed with some kind of wolf dog but mainly labrador please help and is this dead
 
You should take the dog to the vet to rule out mange. If it isn't that, you can try oatmeal dog shampoo. You should discuss what you are feeding the dog and what to switch to. I have a retriever mix, and she is allergic to poultry, which is in a Lot of dog foods; I can feed her either venison or fish mixed with rice or veggies and she is fine. It might be as simple as that.
 
well you should get it checked out at the vet.If you are itching too it's probably fleas so i would buy some front line for your dog.
 
It could be mange, it could be allergies, it could be too much bathing! Take him to the vet. Use HYPOALLERGENIC dog shampoos.
DO NOT bathe him more than once a month.

MANGE needs to be treated NOW. If not it'll spread quickly and he'll lose all his fur and die a slow and painful death.
