My dog is experiancing her first "heat" cycle!!! Help!!?

My dog is a boxer, she turned 1 years old on January 31. What I wanted to know is:

-What is the normal length of time for a boxer, age 1, to experiance her first "in heat" cycle?

I've read that the length of a dog's cycle depends on the breed and age, but that's all I was able to find. Help, please?
