my dog is acting weird all of a sudden?

We first got a dog ( pomeranian ) named PJ. We got him when we he was 4 months. My mom missed his exam and his mirco chip exam. and he did get his shots when he was in wks. So now, he is 11 months and doing fine.. till now. when we woke up one day, we found our dog having big poo. and trust me, he is very small. So, we washed him.. Next day, big poo... we washed him. Today, i saw my dog, saw the big poo, and made him go outside. So, what do i do with my pj???
 
I think a vet check is a good idea with a stool sample. Although some small dogs do make big bowel movements. I had a Maltese who had very large poops, it always amazed me that a little guy could make such a huge poop.
 
Try not to feed him late at night and walk him before you go to sleep. Or you can find out about crate traing. It's pretty easy and the saying is they don't poop where they sleep.
