Lately my dog's rear end smells ungodly. I'll wipe it and poop always comes off. Usually dogs rear ends are clean but hers always has poop on it?! She's 11 and a lab. I took her to the vet and they said that her anus is "inflamed" and they lasered it. ? But weeks later it's still the same. What could be wrong?
