Hi there. I'm in Southern California - Palm Springs.

I rescued this puppy from the desert in Texas off Interstate 10. She was dumped off about 3 weeks ago. We rescued her. Took her in.

She's 100% healthy except....

I have a 14-17mo. old puppy. She has neurological problems. What? I don't know yet. She has to see a neurologist. With her being a puppy, she has a whole life to live. I refuse to let her suffer. She does have a chance to live a full length life.

Monday, I'm taking her to see a canine neurologist. The cost alone for just the consultation visit is $300.00.

They are going to want to do a MRI, CT Scan, and possibly a spine check, and I don't know what else.

I can afford possibly some of the visits, but not all as I'm figuring it's going to be a huge cost.

My roommate and I both have applied for CareCredit which is a line of credit for pets. Unfortunately, we were both declined.

There are pet insurances out there. But they won't be able to help us through this.

I don't know if there are any organizations that can help? I don't know if there's anything out there that can help with the cost. That's why I am posting here. Hopefully someone can help me.
This is not something she will outgrow. This is something that has just happened. I've gotten 3 different vets who have told me the same thing.

The symptoms are she's having trouble walking. She can't hold herself up with her front paws. They want to curl inside. With that alone she can't hold herself up. All she can do is fall over and then lay there. It is not artheritis. She has been checked for that by 2 vets. It's a neurological problem. She is in a form of pain.

Is it worth $2,000 for an MRI and for each test. I absolutely believe so. This is an easy fix they think. It's just pin pointing where the precise problem is. Why she's having these problems. ETC.
