my 13 week old weimaraner puppy like to wonder around the park, but he is very nervous around other dogs and when another dog (both male and bitch) come upto the puppy and 'has a sniff, and maybe a lick' he runs away and sometimes barks.
Is this normal for a puppy to do this ?
does he feel abused, is that why he doesnt like it ?
and he doenst do it to other dogs, why ?
and why do they do it ?
I know this is alot to ask but this is my first dog and really unsure what do and need help
