My dog ate cooked chicken bones HELP?

She is 2 years of age and in alot of pain, she is not insured which i deeply regret however i have no money and am struggling at the moment. Bessie is very ill, she seems in alot of discomfort and is whimpering qiute freqeuntly. I need help, i know i have to take her to the vet but i have no money and i knwo it will cost a fortune. I love bessie so much please can anyone help me
