My 6 month old pitbull consumed a small amount of chocolate chips a few hours ago. I've heard that chocolate is toxic to dogs. Has your dog ever consumed chocolate? What was the outcome? What should I do for my pet? My dog has already thrown up, so I think that's a good sign that she's getting it out of her system. So far, she has shown no signs of being in pain or sick.
