My dodge pick up t-boned another pickup and the air bags didn't go off at all.

Do I have grounds to sue dodge?
He cut me off in a intersection when i was traveling down the highway. And I was traveling at 70kph the speed limit.
 
Apparently, you didn't "t-bone" the other pickup hard enough.
The odds are real slim that if your airbag warning light wasn't on, that the air bag system malfunctioned.
The air bag system goes through a computerized, thorough air bag and air bag component self test every time that the key is cycled on.
 
If your vehicle's front end had hit another object usually above 15mph and had no problems with the airbag system meaning no warning lamps were on days before the impact, then maybe you might have a case depending on how the accident happened, the condition and how old the vehicle is.

Was the vehicle in another accident before!
There are a lot of variables that I might be forgetting as well!
