Some times, other than blinkers I have no power to the instrument panel. If I smacked the top it would come on for a while. I removed the dash and there are a bunch of bundles of cables, but I saw no lose connections. I have a repair manual that just says to disconnect the cable when removing it, but not where it is. Do I have to take the panel off to get to this connector?
My dodge neon 2002 dash instruments goes in and out?
