My dodge dakota has been sitting in a parking lot with almost no gas for 3 months....

...Now it won't start.? I've changed the battery and put in nearly 4 gallons of gas. The engine spins and feels like its igniting but won't turn over. It was working when I stopped driving it. I had the fuel pump replaced a little over 2 years ago.
