my dodge avenger locks won't move when i hit the lock and unlock button please help?

i can hear the solenoid clicking and i took out the latch in the drivers side door to check continuity to the coil and it checks out but the coil doesnt turn. the latch does have 12 v going to it. and the ground is okay.
 
you probably need to replace the actuator for the door locks those will go bad and cause that to happen it usually doesn't knock all the doors out though ,but in some cases when one goes out the other one wont work right either,good luck.
