rubbed a prestigious Feminist Neurologist the wrong way years ago by telling her I would not show up for a follow up. The basis was, she told me the condition was not treatable but she wanted to keep an eye on it. I told her I was too busy if she couldn’t fix it. I was forced (by another doc)a few years latter to see her for a different condition, she prescribed me a drug that had a known reaction to that med which landed me in the ER. She laughed when I told her. She sent me to her Psych friend which tortured me like Johnny Cochrin…like I committed a mass murder. If that wasn’t enough she sent notes to my other doc, now he’s badgering me with questions related to the Psych ladys crap. They’re trying to prove I had/have depression which is causing nerve damage related to a cancer I have. The nerve damage caused me to be out of work for a bit which was covered by a policy I had. How can I stop the madness or give them back some of their own medicine? BTW, I only see the other doc now, which I really have to due to his cancer specialty.
I got 3 office visits of notes today, but they were the useless electronic ones with codes …it did list depression which 3 other docs ruled out 100%.
