my dirt bike might be overheating?

i have a 2000 xr100r and it might be over heating. it has an air cooled motor. the motor gets hotter than my dads 2001 xr650l. oh if this helps i heard if you go slow it almost has no coolant. i go slow on my dirt bike and my dad goes fast on his. can anyone help
 
Honda designed the XR's to last FOR EVER. As long as you are shifting properly, and properly mantaining it, then you are set, dont worry about it.
