if it's white, it's highly likely you have water in your oil and you need to replace it after you find what caused the water to leak into your clutch.
have you left the bike outside during a rain storm or dropped it in a creek to expose any of the vent lines to water?
I would not operate the bike until the oil has been changed though as you could damage the clutch or other things that the oil baths.
it might be as simple as changing your oil and keeping a close eye on the oil color... if it turns white again, you have a water leak somewhere internal to your cooling system.
