my diet and exercise plan?

i just started on monday. I eat 1200 or less calories a day. i feel perfectly full and have not yet 'secretly' snacked on food. before each of my four meals, i drink a bottle of water to help me feel full. for breakfast i have about 250 calories such as a scrambled egg, half a bagel thin,and strawberries.
for lunch i have a whole wheat soft tortilla wrap with lettuce,4 slices of mesquite turkey,and a slice of cheese, along with an apple.
i come home at 3 and eat a LeanCuisine ( i know it isnt healthy but im eating them to get used to portions, and its easy to count the calories) so it varies between 210-300 calories.
THEN... i go to the gym around 4:30 and i burn 600 calories everyday using the treadmill or elliptical. AND SINCE, its now spring break i can manage to burn 700-800 calories.
i come home and eat again at 7, and its something healthy my mom makes like grilled chicken and a salad that cannot be more than 400 calories.
ALSO, on sundays my mom and i only drink smoothies she makes with a juice extractor, using apples, carrots,beets,celery,peppers,tomatoes,pa… bananas, mixed combinations ofcourse, and ive done this once so far with her. we had 4 glasses of these smoothies, and she said theyre meant to clean out your intestines, and they did... i really had to use the bathroom.

anyway, my question is if i keep up with the diet and exercise every single day, how long do you think it would take me to weigh 160 pounds if im at 178 and i am 5'7"?
