MY deck Shuts off when i put it past volume10?

i have a alpine 9886 deck....my gains are messed b.c i im going from a previous deck to this new deck. when i put it up to 9-11 the music cuts off...but the deck is still on but nothing is being played, complete silience. i have to turn the deck off and turn it back on to get it playing again....it turns off quicker if i have a song with tons of highs. what my problem?... heres my setup: click view more on the right side of the video 2 see what i have in my car.

Sounds like the "Protect" feature.

Something is shorting out.

Check all your speaker wires and connections.
 
Sometimes systems have a built in sensor that will sense if something is not right or if the volume is too high for the speakers to handle and the system will put itself in "safe mode" and won't come back on unless you shut it down and then turn it back on. This also could happen if there is a loose wire and they touch each other. This can also be the case if there is a big spike in volume, "like the sound of a gun shot" in the music.
