contact, does he have rights? My daughter has never met her biological father. She is nearly 8 now and my husband is the only daddy she has ever known. He's been in prison for the last 5 years and is living in a halfway house now. He contacted me and said he wants to go to court so he can start seeing her.
My question is, and I know its different in every state (we live in Ohio) has anyone ever gone through this and does a father have rights after not having any contact for almost 8 years? What are the chances of him actually winning visitation? Thanks so much in advance!
