Me and her father don't live together. We're living in different countries, basically because I have to sort out when I'm leaving my job, transporting my stuff over and selling my flat.
For the past three days she's been whining and wanting her daddy (she's managed to mumble out dada a couple times which is how I know) No matter what I do I can't calm her down. She was following me about the flat and I closed the kitchen door slightly and it banged her head as she was crawling. I took her to the doctor and he said she just had a bruise where she banged her head but since she has not stopped whining. Is there can way I can get her to stop? I've had her dad on the phone and she's heard his voice. She only five months old.
She's been crying her self to sleep, she's really got her self worked up and won't calm down. My neighbours are complaining that she's crying for long periods of time, last night she didn't even sleep and using a web cam is no good because he has no internet. We've been away from him before. She's only ever seen him four times so I don't know where this has come from.
Ok, maybe I didn't word this best but I haven't slept properly in ages. I have tried everything I can think of. I've taken her for long walks, had her dad on the phone, cuddling her, singing to her, talking about her dad to her but nothing seems to work which is why I let her cry herself to sleep.
I'd let her see her dad more but it is almost impossible to do it because of the hours he works. I'm hoping to move in the next few weeks so we can be a family together. I'd have moved sooner but the company I had to move my stuff went bust and the buyers for my flat went through.
