Well how did she hurt the top of her foot? Thats a bit strange. Maybe you should take her to the hospital just to be certain. How old is she?
 
slight bruise no swelling? there is no swelling. I do not know how bad it really hurts though. she can be a drama queen at times. Can it be broke without swelling? It is the top of her foot that she is complaining of pain.
 
if it is not swelling that means there cant be a break.. she probled stubbed her feet when she landed wrong or part of the bike pinched it.
 
internal bruising, she might have pulled a muscle or tendon. If it's not swelling, it's not broken.
 
DO NOT LISTEN TO LILLIAN. I have to broken bones, one of my wrist and another fibia. None were swollen, both broken! Don't listen to that dumb b i t ch that gives you false information.
