He is going one week out of eight. Is that right? How old are you? That is an important thing to consider. Where is your Mom? Is your Dad a widower or are they divorced? All of these things play into the situation. On one hand I can see why you want him around, but on the other hand he deserves to be happy too. When you talk to him about this he will be more likely to hear what you say if it sounds like you are trying to understand his side of things. If you don't do this you sound like a selfish spoiled child. If he is not doing anything immoral or illegal do you have a legitimate reason to complain? ALSO, if you complain too much you may push him closer to this girlfriend and farther from you. Think about it. What works with kids also works with grown-ups. We are all human.
