My dad has a treadmill and bike at his house. ?

And I am wondering if I should start updating my work out from 30 min on the treadmill to 45 min.
 
Warm up on the bike, starting at 5 minutes and gradually increase to 15 minutes per day.

If you're in good shape then 45 min. should be ok.
