I am a 15 year old male, and my dad is really starting to piss me off.
He always has a go at me for small things but then laughs at other things so it's hard to know what is acceptable to him and stuff.
Tonight I went out with some friends in our village and I came back in late, about 11.45. Fair enough, I agree he had the right to be pissed off at me for coming in so late when I'm only 15, but its not like I was out getting drunk or anything... I was just at the park with some friends.
Anyways he told me off and I accepted it was way too late to be coming in the house. Then however he started having goes at me about other things, saying I do nothing to help around the house ever and he's getting fed up of it. He also then said and I quote ' You don't know what life's about'. To which I replied 'neither do you' which angered him even further.
What annoys me is whenever I make a counter-argument, he simply responds with a short phrase such as 'now you're being lippy' or 'stop being cheeky'. Then what annoys me the most is he'll apologise for having a go at me the next morning, then the next night take his apology back and declare he is right etc etc etc. He seems to change moods like this all the time like be having a massive go at me one minute then all of a sudden try and be nice or ask for things in a polite way.
Any help would be much appreciated.
