Ok me and my dad got into a fist fight the other night at my apartment that i live in with my mom who is seperated from my dad in the middle of a divorce and my little brother whose 10 years old. He was here drinking and was high on angel dust (PCP) and was being extremly annoying and would not leave after me and my mom asked him to leave numurous times. he wouldnt leave so me and him got into an argument and he stood up screaming my mom tried to break it up and he hit me and we went at it. I did the most damage breaking his entire face open and he just left a welt on my head you cant see cause of my hair. Im 5'9" 230 hes 6'3" 320 and 52 years old. im 18. He has child abuse on his record along with dui's. The cops did not check him for his BAC (blood alchohal content) or the angel dust but gave us a warning and took him to his car. in the parking lot he gave the cops a hard time aswell and was almost arrested. He supposubly went to the hospital for a medical report and today went to the court to try to have me taken in to get arrested. what is going to happen, I have no record im clean, i just graduated high school and am going to college, im really worried and hes been harrasing me for the past 4 months in texts and continues today.
