my dad added iPhone style apps/icons to his blackberry...how did he

do it?? So my dad's friend added iPhone icons to my dad's blackberry
basically made it look like an iPhone cause we live in Canada
how did he do it?
and he said something about me being able to do it to my computer or something even though i have a pc?? or something like that

any clues??
