My customer's PHP-based CMS won't let me delete the content. How can I clear this...

...content from the database? I don't know the CMS name so I can't look that up for help. Basically what is happening is the CMS has "content groups", under those groups the site owner can add products (which are just linked to PayPal, there is no cart), the products add just fine, and even edit fine, but when you try to delete one it only removes it from the admin-back end area, NOT from the website.

I am not a genius with PHP or MySQL or even CMS for that matter, I usually just design CSS/HTML websites and graphics so I am completely lost.
