Hey I wanted to give you my two cents...I put a thread thanking you up today...I just wanted to let you know that I have been using it for about the last mnth and my face is completely cleared up. I seen results in about a week it was amazing. I just wanted to let you know and thank you very much for telling us about it. Im thrilled that I finally got something that works very well.... Probably better then anything I have ever used!!!
 
I read on your other post and it seems that youve been using this for a long time. Its good that its still working for you. I just have a few questions, do you use a moisturizer as well? and is it keeping your skin exfoliated? Also, has anyone else you know tried this and was it successful for them.

One thing I forgot, what is your skin type and what kind of breakouts did you have before. Did it help with clogged pores if you had any?
 
Are you referring to light (solid) pink color? i just saw it in rite aid it contains rose hips, vitamin E and jojoba intended for colored/permed/dry/damaged hair - there's no other light pink colored bottle there except the transparent one..pls confirm, I am interested for my daughters mild/moderate acne on forehead, I would really appreciate your reply..thanks! sfo mom

Did you just randomly try Herbal essances or did you choose it specifically for some reason. Have you ever tried any other brand, and if so did it give you different results?
 
For everybody who is interested to try this product, kindly describe the exact bottle details so everyone wouldn't be confused nor get the wrong product, we would really appreciate your time for posting it...I got one already w/ rose hips, vit e and jojo for permed/dry/damaged hair - replenishing conditioner

NOTE: This site is to find out what product works for people w/acne, otherwise-dont write anything if you have nothing good to say/write about, if it doesnt work for you, then just ignore it, better luck for next product that you will try..,

Please, please, please can somebody confirm which conditioner should be used for this method...................................................................

I already have the HERBAL ESSENCES SILK N' SHINE CONDITIONER (for dry / damaged hair), with ROSE HIPS, JOJOBA and VITAMIN E extracts in it, which is in a darkish pink bottle.

I don't really want to use this yet until I know for sure that is what most people are using !?!

How long did you leave it on? 20 sec? Let it sit a bit?
Do you put it on a wet or dry face?
 
I am soo excited to try it out.. just reading all the posts makes me hopefull! Im going out ina matter of seconRAB and buying it! Ill keep everyone posted for sure!
 
I hope this isn't some placebo affect your feeling saphire,cause it sure ain't working for me:p

I also notice that the "softness" is purely from products which the ingredient isn't to strong for example my baby brothers baby shampoo.
 
I tried Herbal Essences because it was what I used for my hair. So, it was just a matter of it being right there.

I have tried other conditioners but not because I wanted to. Like, a couple times I've gone home from college or on a vacation or something and didn't bring it with me on accident. None of them seemed to do anything for me. They didn't MAKE me break out, but my face would go back to breaking out regularly like before I used Herbal Essences. You can imagine how I couldn't wait to get back so I could use the stuff and fix my face . . .
 
While this acne cure (herbal elements) may work, Proctor and Garable, the company that owns herbal elements tests it's products on animals. animal testing is extremely cruel and inhumane. they don't just put the products on animals. they inject it into them, make them eat it, put it in their eyes, and other horrible procedures like abrading their skin and then putting it on them to see the effect it has on them. also, even if a product is proven to be bad for animals, they can still market it to you. animal testing is pointless and horrible. I urge all who are reading this to try other (preferably natural) alternatives to herbal elements, pantene, dove, (the list goes on. . . . .) and find a conditioner that has not been tested on those cute bunnies, mice, dogs, cats, ect. it is not hard, and you are saving many animals' lives. there usually is a sign on the back of the product towarRAB the bottom of it that says it is not tested on animals if it is not. some companies include Ecco Bella, Jason, Aubrey Organics, ect. Really? I'm amazed. You use nothing else and ONLY regular Herbal Essence conditioner for your face? Does your face feel clean enough? It really clears up the acne?

Could it be the acne was coming from inside instead of using something on the outside?

GoRABgirl4ever06 - Can you tell me if the conditioner you use is the one that says it has Aloe, jojoba, and chamomile in it? This is some of the ingredients in the moisturizing kind I think, but what is the actual name of the type on the pink bottle you were talking about?
 
you know I was researching this a couple months ago and realizied that all the different old bottles had different things and the one she used was the one with the jojoba and maybe chamomile/. Im not sure but I cant find it! They are all new ingredients and thats probably why I didnt think mine did anything.
 
Although I am not saying you did not have great results from the conditioner, I am concerned to try it because I specifically remeraber my dermatologist telling me NEVER to use Herbal Essence because it will make your back breakout. And that if I have any frienRAB I don't like to tell them to try this because they will break out.

I know you said it worked so well, but what about the perfumes and such in there? Isn't that bad for your skin?
 
I'm really curious about this product but at the same time kinda scared.Has anyone other then the original poster have gotten good results from this?

I seriously don't want to damage my skin because normal soap will actually make my skin peel badly.
 
What are you going to do now that Herbal Essences has a completely new line and won't be selling the old products anymore?
