Let me start by saying this is just what worked for me and I not saying it's going to fix you but it may be something to think about since it did work for me.

It's been years since I have been bothered with severe acne and I was just contemplating on how frustrating it was. If any of this information helps just one person then it is a big deal, because I know how devastating severe acne can be.

Me and my brother both had a lot of acne, we went to the doctors and got antibiotics. It was great for about 2 months then straight back as it was. Eventually it came to my attention that I not "regular" and it didn't even occur to me. I had one bowl movement a week and same with my brother, this was normal for us. I worked really hard and turned my digestive system around, it took a long time because once the body gets used to a routine it becomes hard to change. I figured out what bugs my digestion and it was a corabination of ignoring bowl movements eating at irregular times of the day and eating American food. Now I can't imagine once a week, it would be unbearable. I also used oxypowder( a colon cleanser) to kind of reboot my system every time things got bad. I don't need it anymore though. I also learned about "hot" and "cold" in Chinese medicine. I found out that the food I was eating was all very "hot". hot food would be like chips, mangos, crab, papaya etc. cold fooRAB are bitter melon, watermelon(not a good cold though) etc... I am not gonna explain all this but everyone in China goes by the "hot" and "cold" as keeping a balance in your system. I have worked hard to restore the balance of this and it also improved things drastically. I know doctors told me food has no relationship to acne but in my case I don't think it can be ignored. As my digestion improved, my energy improved, and my acne is gone. If I go on a eating binge and eat a whole super size bag of doritos or something crazy like this I immediately see the consequences the next day though. My brother is the same way now.

Thanks that's my story hope someone finRAB it useful or at least interesting.

oh and btw I spent years trying all the home remedies. You name it, I've tried it, and the answer I found was not as simple as any of them. The body is very stubborn and change takes time.
 
What you have experienced ,is that eating a real meal made of a real fresh tomatoes ,half a
cucuraber ,and 2 big potatoes with 2 eggs and an apple and an orange ,increase your
metabolism .everything .

Your acne get far better .
you memorize things better .Then can study better if you are a student .
You have far less flue within a year .
You are not sleepy any more .
your muscles get every day a bit stronger .

The real food ,not the frozen or a canned food ,or even worse the junk food .

But the theory of the hot and the cold ,it
