have a job office dilemia where people are very rude to me.Well, I just started this postion as an admissions counselor.Some of the employees treat me like crap, like I have a disease, I am despicable..Well for starters, there was a meeting held in the deans office, I began to sit down and the child development coordinator papers were in the seat next to me, soon as she seen me she actually moved her papers to another seat and sat across from me.Plus this particular lady, when i sit by here, she rubs her nose, and shes very nervous around me for some reason.Anyhose,Soon after that another lady came into the office into the empty seat and she asked everyone"Does anyone want to sit here" Are you sure" 'I can sit somewhere else" and she sat there and never said not one word to me, this particular lady rolls her eyes at me, will not speak unless I speak to her first, closes her doord as Im leaving the office, so anyhow she started talking to the lady that sat across from me and just completely ignored me.Then this other lady came in and the dean told her sit to the empty chair next too me. here she says no thats okay lemme go get another chair and goes and grabs another chair even though there was an empty seat next to me.Then i notice that sometimes when i coming in the office a few of the ladies will close their door.Then my dean, she did something that was weird.We were both suppossed to go to this meeting at another location, and she doesnt have a car, so i offered for her to ride along with me, and she say"Oh no thats okay, i'll have my husband take me" when her husband had to come all 30 miles to drive her to a place where we were going in the same direction.I never felt so bad in my life, and even though i need this job I hate the way I'm being treated..
Sidenote: I ve asked relatives, friends, other coworkers, do I smell, I am a very clean person.I have worked numerous jobs and have never had this type of reaction.I do not have a bad attitude, I am very happy go lucky, I just dont know what to do and why are these people acting this way..and again its only some of the employees whom do this too me.
