I had been suspicous of this for a while, but recently found out the truth.
He always visits her when her parents aren't home.
The other day, I walked over to her house and rang the doorbell. No one answered. I knew someone was home I just saw the bus drop her off a few minutes ago.

I need to know if I should tell her parents or not. I know they're too young to be having sex. I'm pretty sure the boy was using a condom, but I couldn't tell for sure. I don't know if they've had sex since then, because I think it was a one-time thing.
