my cousin and i debating about marijuana in jail?

My cousin and I were just talking about how lil wayne is in jail for a year because of his pocession of weed and guns. And my cousin said "everyone knows lil wayne is going to continue smoking weed in jail" and i say "what i'm pretty sure he doesn't want to stay there longer". so back and forth her point of view is that lil wayne has alot of money so there is ways he can get people to smuggle weed to him in jail, and my point of view was the dogs will smell it, and he will get caught cause of the stench. she also said people can do weed all the time in jail and have ways of not getting caught, and also crack too. but my view was the dogs who come in the cell to do the random searches and the heavy smoke from smoking weed. So basically who is right my cousin or I? and sorry for the grammer i typed this fast.
 
Yes you can smuggle drugs in jail its even possible to get in good with guards and such for the right price and they'll cover for you.
 
I read an article on the shroomery recently where inmates in the UK were saying it is easier to get drugs in prison than out. Bottomlime..if you have enough money, you can get any drug you want in prison. The trustees and guards will smuggle it in for enough cash
 
the dogs might come and sniff him, but i dont think that they would just have a random drug search, when people come in they check them andgive them x rays to see if they have anything on them , this is where the dogs come in handy
