is it too late? Even if I agree to buy the house after the inspection do I still have five days to change my mind? I changed my mind after sleeping on it and am still within the five days. My lawyer knows I want to cancel the contract. I did tell him right after the inspection I want this house but now I see the appraisal and talekd to an electrician I want to get out of this sale. I will lose earnest money if I must. I don't want to give more money to the bank.
