My computer's windows Media player does not have sound in wmp videos, but does

play sound on U-tube.. Help!? Videos with sound that winddows Media Player opens will olay but without the accompanying sound. What can I do,, I checked the Sound Blaster and no Mute bottons are checked,, It plays sound for U-Tube, What can I do?
 
look at taskbar where your speaker icon is.right click on it.open sound mixers.see if you can see window media player sliding volume control.if its on low position then bring it to higher one.should solve the problem.let me know.hope it helps.
