another and the mouse lags? Whenever i log out of one account to switch to another account on my PC the screen starts to flash black, and the mouse lags a lot. It doesn't do this any other time unless i log on to one account then log out. I am running on windows vista ultimate. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide me with
