hey that happened to me too, i had saved a resume on my flash drive, i accidentally stepped on the flash drive days before, but i was able to put it back together, i even tried to go to office depot to get my files, they even tried to do a copy, but since it was 'kinda' broke, they couldn't do anything about it, so i had to buy another flash drive and redo my resume. i threw away my older flash drive, i only paid like $20 for the new drive.

My computer wont recognise my OCZ ATV 16GB flash drive on windows 7 x64.

The device appears in devices and printers and shows both the device and the disk within it. however i cannot access these files and have no means to do so. It does not appear in my computer despite the "dun dun" sound when it is plugged it. I have tried reinstalling the drivers for both the disk device and the device itself without prevailing. I have also remove acronis true image from my computer because i know that can cause issues with usb mass storage. !! the disk can also be viewed on other computers with errors however i need to use this computer and the whole point of a flash drive is convenience.

thank you!!

Insert it into your toaster, turn the dial to between 4 and 5 ( sometimes 5 is fine ) and then push the ejector down. there will be a lot of smoke during this process but, i assure you, this is normal. Afterwards take the flash drive, plate with salad and garnish with various peppers.
