My computer won't play any videos OR download Adobe Flash Player?

This has been going on for a long time and it's annoying.
I've tried EVERYTHING I've been told to do: reset security settings, set some custom settings, nothing has worked.

My computer won't even uninstall the old version of Adobe I have.

Please help me?
