Bluetooth software may be installed, but your computer might not even have a bluetooth card. You can't install software. You may have to buy a Bluetooth dongle. Try going to file transfer application, and also make sure your devices are paired.

my computer has a bluetooth already installed so i was tryin to send pix from my phone to my computer an my computer wont let me its saying "the could not be sent cause the connection could not be established check to make sure bluetooth radio is plugged in" what does that mean please help me i dont understand cuz i even went thru my control panel an got nothing
