My comp is infected with the gifimg.php virus and affecting my site?

So i have a really popular site and i had to close it for now because i don't want it to infect others. I tried running avira and malwarebytes but it closes it! and i'm running spybot now... it also made my avg say "access is forbidden by the server"
 
you have plenty of PC protection on your PC that might be conflicting each other and can't work properly. why not choose one which is really desired to get rid of that virus instead of using different programs? clean up your PC first from virus before going to your site.
