I have a Chrysler Sebring convertible, and I can't start my car. It was fine last night when I drove it. I was checking the fuse this morning and pretty sure that I didn't mess up all the fuses. The bettery seems to be fine because I still can open my roof and windows. When I star the car, it makes sound that about to start, but it just does not start. Anyone knows answer??

How old is your battery? Have you checked the terminals? Are they full of corrosion?

In most cases, a weak battery can still run accessories. It requires a very high amount of amperage to turn the starter motor, and if you have a weak battery, or resistive connections, it will make that task very difficult.

I am guessing that you hear a click, or a series of clicks. That is the starter solenoid that engages it to the flex plate, oscillating, and neither engaging, nor turning the starter motor. This is due to not enough current to drive them both.
