earlier this year i contacted child tax credit and said my son would continue in education when he reaches 16 - they said they would sort it out nearer the time - my payment has stopped, there has been no communication whatsoever and since 8 o'clock this morning i have been trying to contact the child tax Office but cannot get through - are there forms we can complete and post ? or do i literally have to sit on the phone and ho[pe that i can get through - the recorded message says 'try another time' anyone else have this problem? anyone have a solution?
