dance. Who is responsible? My 15 year old daughter was at a formal dance. She was dancing. One of her female friends came up to her wanting to dance. She paused to dance but the girl walked away. Shortly after the girl came back and started to "pretend fight", bumping her shoulder against my daughter. They then began to "play fight" and the next thing my daughter knew, her friend was holding her throat falling to the ground. I think an ambulance came and the girl spent the night in the hospital. I'm freaking out!

It is very hard to tell who is responsible based on the details. I think one would almost have to witness the incident to have the wisdom to say who, if anyone, caused the injury.

I don't quite understand this, but everyone just forgive and forget and if the person with their hands on the neck did that on purpose then they have to pay for the ambulance and hospital fees.
If is wasn't on purpose but accident then maybe they could pay for part of the bill.
Lets just blame the school, that would be good, just say it was the fault of the school and let them pay for it. They weren't watching what was going on
