Hey everyone thank you for your help. I wanted to let every one know after an agonizing 15 minutes of finding a japanese vet clinic that spoke english and helped me find them Bull my 9 year old chihuahua is going to be fine. I want to inform some of you who were in question of what I was doing online. I am sorry I got people upset and thinking I am stupid I was multitasking and figured I could get lucky and get some information that could be helpful. Bull now has a kennel that doesn't stress him out and that's where he will go when I am not home. As for him getting on the kitchen counter, Bull is very smart. The only way I think he did this is by getting up on the dinning room chair nearest to the counter and jumping up on to the counter from there. The kitchen isn't that big but we also re-arranged the table and every one is going to keep the chairs pushed completely under the table. He actually has climbed over child gates I leave my medications out on my counter so I remember to take them. I have them stored in the cupboard and have an alarm set now to remind me to take them so hopefully that will help. I've had Bull since he was a 4 week old puppy and I have managed to keep him alive for nine years so I don't think one mistake happening makes me a bad pet owner. This was a first for me and believe you me I felt and feel bad enough I was asking for information that might help while I was getting the run around so to speak with a vet who could help me help Bull. Bull will be home tomorrow and he is doing awesome. The doctor said it was good some one told me to get him to vomit and using a little peroxide and water was smart. Thank you so much to the helpful people I am sorry some of you didn't know that being stationed in Japan and having a vet tech on base take 30 to forty minutes to get back to you just to tell you to come in would have gotten him killed. Again thank you though I can see how some of you felt the way you did no harm no foul though it was a little shocking. Thank you guys
