My chicken won't cook, what should I do?

I've tried to bake young Fosters Farm chickens in the oven. I have a very simple easy recipe, but the chicken never seems to cook all the way. It remains very moist and delicious, but the inside meat is always raw. We could cut apart the chicken into pieces, and then cook, but that kind of ruins the beauty of serving it for a formal dinner. Any suggestions on making sure my chicken cooks all the way through?

"cook it longer" is not an answer, the question if you read the details is how can I be sure it cooks all the way through
I cook it for twice as long as the recipe says and it still doesn't cook all the way through. It gets to the right temperature but is still raw (color, texture & taste) in the center
