Their first album was them trying to find what they liked and to show their darker side. Their second album, they finally found what type of music they wanted to play. The third album, they were... I guess bored. Or wanted to try something new.
I loved the documentary, but the live segments just felt a little... dull. And I despised the Mexico concert in "The Black Parade is Dead!", though the Jersey show was pretty good.
The Black Parade was a nice album. Its really good, that's when they started kicking ass live. Part of me thinks The Black Parade is Dead! (Live version) is better than the actual album.
just, black parade. thats all i really care for of thiers. but they are NOT a metal band. not even close. whoever says that can have a little chit-chat with Kirk Hammet.
