My Chemical Romance

I never really got into them. I listened to them once or twice but they never really stuck it with me. I think the whole mainstream thing was just a turn off for me. Sorry. I did really enjoy their song teenagers though just because its pretty damn funny. Anyways, I don't really have much to say on the band other than people like what they like so let them listen to what easily communicates with them. Whatever floats their boat right? I mean isn't that what this beautiful thing called music is about anyways?

Cheers,
Shoe

I happen to like them. They do't sound like GC at all. their live show is exciting and they have good stage presence. I happen to like and identify with the lyrics. Their songs are very catchy and so that draws alot of people in I guess. I like them though.

The video was OK but I'm kinda over the whole MCR thing. If you had asked me six months ago I would have told you I was the hugest fan of theirs but Ive been put off them now, not by the band themselves but by the new fans theyve accquired. EG: irritating fashxcore kiRAB who've only heard about two songs and go to shows because the think Frankie is "Hawt!11"

I encourage anyone who likes MCR to get the first album just because I honestly think its just as good as 'Three Cheers'.

he does think his music is better, which usually (since I listen to most of the same stuff) it is, but some times his elitism is annoying.

MCR is a bit of a "hit or miss" band for me. I really like some of their songs, and I really dislike others. I enjoyed The Black Parade the most out of all of their albums, but even on that album I didn't like everything. I really like the songs "House of Wolves", "Mama" [throwing Liza Minelli in there was reall the cherry on top], "Helena", and "Dead!" but I really didn't think much of "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)", "Cemetary Drive" and the like.
