My "check engine" light is on and my 93 Jeep GCL won't start.. any help?

My 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, straight 6 4L engine won't start. The "check engine" light is on. The engine will turn all day long, but it won't start. I've got fuel and pressure in the injector rail, but no fire. I've checked the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, AND replaced the ignition coil AND the crankshaft positioning sensor. The only thing I can think at this point is that it's the computer itself... any help?
Could I also test the distributor rotor to see if it's turning, i.e. maybe the timing chain/belt slipped?
