My cellphone fell into the toilet?

It was only water, but it fell and now it won't get turned on, I took off the battery, sim card and back cover and currently they're in the sun, will it work again ?

but it is Extremely unlikely that it will ever work again.

Think of it this way:
if your TV or MP3 player or Laptop fell into water, do you think that they would work again?

Not likely. Water does permanent damage. And would you REALLY like to hold that thing to your ear?

If you're desperate, take it to the company where you bought it from (not the service provider because they normally don't do repairs). The company normally has services ready for broken phones, but you need to think about whether you're willing to pay for it. Since yer phone fell in the toilet you might end up paying more for the repairs than the ACTUAL phone!
